Adult Childbirth Education Classes
I teach The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth from my home in Lakewood. Maximum class size is 4 couples, so call to reserve your place! This video-enriched class series is 12 consecutive weeks, and includes information on nutrition, exercise, gestation, labor, birth, and post partum care. Guest speakers are invited to share detailed information on pregnancy health, and each class includes a relaxation practice or labor rehearsal. By far, this is the most time intensive series of classes, but it pays off in end:

Sibling Education Workshop
Is someone close to you going to become a big brother or sister? Our sibling workshop teaches children about the beauty of birth! Practice making birth sounds, share in a home birth story, and help them make their very own Big Sister Baby Kit to take home! Your child will enjoy FREE enrollment when you find 4 little friends to join him!
Ages 3-5 and 6-10. Classes held in Lakewood, WA.
$20/child for 1 hour class
